Your Privacy Matters at Dhyan Village Retreat

1. Booking & Payment

• Reservation Confirmation: Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment.
• Payment Options: The rates are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST). We accept UPI, bank transfer, cash and other secure methods listed on our website.
• Tariff: Tariff is subject to change as per seasons. 

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellation up to 7 days before check-in: Full refund.
• Within 7 days prior to to check-in: 50% refund.
• Within 48 hours or no-show: No refund.
  Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in Time: 14:00 (2:00 PM)
• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

• All guests must present a valid government ID (except PAN card) at check-in.
• Individuals below the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to stay at the property. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to book or stay.
• Respectful behaviour towards staff, other guests, and property is expected.
• Any loss or damage caused during the stay will be chargeable at the discretion of the management.
• Smoking indoors, illegal substances and activities, or loud disturbances are not permitted.
• To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests, outside visitors are not allowed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings. The property will not be held liable for any loss or damage.
• Pets are not allowed to ensure the comfort of all guests.

5. Children & Extra Guests

• Children under 10 years stay free of cost (without extra bed).
• Extra guests and beds incur additional charges—please check at booking.

6. Use of Facilities

• Kayaking, country boating, fishing, and other activities are provided at your own risk and “no-risk” form needs to be signed by the guest . Safety instructions must be followed.
• Adventure activities and wellness treatments are available on a chargeable basis.
• We reserve the right to deny facility access on concern of safety or maintenance.

7. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service failures caused by conditions beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, etc.).

8. Website Use

• All website content is owned by Dhyan Village Retreat.
• Copying or reproducing content without permission is prohibited.
• Website access may be interrupted due to technical reasons.

10. Disputes & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of High court of Kerala.
